What We Do

Back in 2013, we led the Infrastructure Data Dictionary for the UK (IADD4UK) initiative. It set the foundation for defining information requirements that were clear, structured, and outcomes-driven. A decade later, that experience continues to shape how we help clients unlock the real value of information.

Today, we focus on the full spectrum of Organisational, Project, Systems, Functional, Asset, and Exchange Information Requirements. These frameworks ensure that information is:

  • Measured and monitored against what truly matters

  • Communicated effectively between client and supply chain

  • Trusted and valuable across the entire lifecycle

By setting clear requirements, we give the supply chain the freedom to innovate, to show the best ways they can create, manage, and deliver information back to the client. This ensures projects run more smoothly, risks are reduced, and assets continue to perform as promised from design through to operation.

Our Engagement Model

Discovery Call (Free)

We begin with a short, no-obligation conversation to understand your organisation’s objectives, current information practices, and where things may be breaking down. This helps us focus on the decisions that matter most and the outcomes you need to achieve.

Scoping & Proposal

Together, we scope the level of engagement. For some clients this might mean a rapid review of a single project, while for others it’s about building an organisation-wide framework. At this stage, we agree timelines, deliverables, and what “success” looks like for you.

Requirements Development

Drawing on best practice from ISO 19650 and the experience of leading the IADD4UK group, we help you define the full set of information requirements:

  • OIR – Organisational Information Requirements

  • PIR – Project Information Requirements

  • SIR – Systems Information Requirements

  • FIR – Functional Information Requirements

  • AIR – Asset Information Requirements

  • EIR – Exchange Information Requirements

This structured approach ensures every piece of information is linked back to a business or project need.

Validation & Integration

We don’t stop at producing documents. We work with your team and supply chain to validate the requirements, making sure they are practical and realistic. We then embed them into procurement, contracts, and delivery workflows, so everyone knows what’s expected and how it will be measured

Assurance & Review

As projects evolve, information needs change. We provide ongoing support to review and update your requirements, ensuring they continue to deliver value. This includes spot-checks, audits, or live dashboards that track whether information is meeting expectations across the lifecycle.

What You’ll Get

  • Confidence that supply chains know exactly what to deliver and why
